Hotel accommodation and extra services

The organization is pleased to offer 1 free overnight stay for each shop (choice between the nights of May 10 or 11) on the occasion of the OUTDOOR and ORBDAYS exhibition. You can choose between double single use, double, twin/double, or triple room type.

Details and hotel assignment

Location: The assigned property will be located in the municipalities of Arco, Riva del Garda, or Nago-Torbole, a maximum of 10-15 minutes by car from the event location.
Booking confirmation: The name and address of the hotel will be communicated via email (to the address provided during registration) about 1 month before the event.

Extra services and stay customization
Through this form it is possible to request additional nights or extra rooms (which will be confirmed at the same property assigned for the free night), as well as the transfer service from the airports or from Rovereto train station (the closest one, 25 km from Riva del Garda).

Payment and invoicing of extra services
Rates are inclusive of 10% VAT.
For the amounts relating to the selected extra services, you will receive a summary email and payment instructions.
Once payment is completed, you will receive the tax invoice issued with the details entered in the header fields of the form.
